However, if you have severe stress, the stress hormones affect the your body and PMS symptom's can occur again.  Progesterone can help balance out those symptoms at any age. Along with other mood balances such as 5-HTP, you can regain yourself again. You may not notice how much you have been suffering from those symptoms until they go away.

When you are pregnant, progesterone is the only hormone your body makes while during those nine months. The pregnancy "glow" is most likely due to the production of progesterone.  Progesterone governs the second half or luteal phase of your menstrual cycle, prepares for pregnancy, helps control abnormal menstrual bleeding, helps prepare for a fertilized egg prior to implantation, assists in producing breast milk and helps maintain pregnancy. If progesterone is low, miscarriage can occur. Also, very important to know it builds new bones and promotes breakdown of fats with the liver. It helps relieve hormonal imbalances  from PMS to menopausal symptoms. Natural progesterone is bioidentical to the progesterone your body makes.
